Job Description and Responsibilities:A Large Multi-Practice Law Firm, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking an attorney for its Real Estate Finance Group. The ideal candidate should have strong experience drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents for acquisition, bridge, and construction financings, conducting related due diligence, and overseeing the closings. Familiarity with mezzanine lending and intercreditor agreements is also desirable. Open to PA, NJ, NY, and/or CT Bar admissions. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package. Requirements:
- 7 - 12 years' experience.
- State Bar Admission required.
