The ideal candidate will have:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Leasing
- Purchase & sale agreements
- Real estate due diligence, including title review
- Real estate finance transactions
- Development-related contracts
- Strong interest in engaging in real estate and construction, natural resources, and/or ports industry groups and business development
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence
- A track record showing exemplary client service, organizational skills, and teamwork
- Excellent skills in legal research, analysis, writing, and in communication
- Local State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity is required
- Some portable book of business plus demonstrated success in developing a client portfolio

The base pay for this position starts at $200,000, depending on job skills and legal practice experience relevant to the position. Higher base compensation may be available for candidates with a portable book of business. The position is also eligible for productivity and discretionary merit bonus consideration at the end of each calendar year.
