- Experienced Real Estate Attorney in Middle Tennessee –
- Preferences: 3 years minimum experience in settlement services and conducting real estate closings
- Knowledgeable about clearing title; preparing closing documents; balancing and disbursing funds; shipping, recording and post-closing; lenders and owners policy requirements
- Able to draft real estate related documents through proven experience
- A notary public with closing experience and good communication skills
- A team oriented, personable individual with a desire to grow with a national title company handling residential and commercial real estate.
- Base compensation commensurate with experience
