Description:
Established Aventura law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions.The ideal candidate must be well-organized, able to prioritize tasks based on deadlines, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate residential and commercial contracts, leases, and transactional documents.
- Review title commitments and surveys, and handle clearing title.
- Review and prepare loan documents, operating agreements, and closing documents.
- Collaborate effectively with paralegals and support staff to keep files moving efficiently.
- Manage transaction files independently from contract through closing.
Qualifications:
- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in corporate matters—such as the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and entity formations (LLCs/corporations)—is a plus, but not required.
