Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling commercial real estate transactions and possess strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Review/approve title documents prepared by Processing.
Provide approval/corrections to the Processing Department as needed.
Prepare any necessary miscellaneous legal documents.
Answer all legal questions.
Conduct closings when needed.

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree is required.
Hold a current law license in the state and be a member of your local bar association.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Admitted as a notary public.
