- Provide expert legal counsel on land use planning, environmental law issues, and tribal law & regulations affecting property transactions.
- Manage all aspects of litigation related to real estate disputes including trial preparation, court depositions, and procedural law compliance.
- Advise clients on estate planning, landlord-tenant issues, and personal injury cases involving property damage or injuries on premises.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for negotiations involving property acquisitions or dispositions.
- Assist in legal administrative tasks such as case management, document organization, and maintaining comprehensive records of all legal activities.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active licensure to practice law.
- Proven experience in general & commercial litigation, real estate law, employment law cases, and personal injury law.
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting, procedural law, statutory legal research, and trial preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw is essential.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear legal motions and comprehensive reports.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation tactics and legal advocacy across diverse case types including securities law and workers' compensation law.
- Experience working within a law office environment with proficiency in legal case management software.
