Are you a South Carolina attorney who loves the pace of residential real estate and wants a hand in building something bigger? Guest & Brady is looking for a Real Estate Attorney to lead closings, grow relationships across the Upstate, and help take our real estate practice to the next level.What You'll Do:
- Own the closing table. Manage and execute residential real estate closings in compliance with South Carolina law, delivering accuracy, efficiency, and an experience clients remember for the right reasons.
- Be the go-to for realtors and lenders. Build lasting relationships with clients, realtors, lenders, and brokers, representing the firm with professionalism and responsiveness that keeps them coming back.
- Grow the brand. Take an active role in outreach, networking, and marketing to expand our client base and strengthen Guest & Brady's presence in the Upstate and surrounding communities.
- Lead and lift the team. Work hand-in-hand with paralegals, staff, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly, while mentoring others and contributing to a positive, team-first culture.
- Make things better. Spot opportunities to streamline workflow, raise the bar on service quality, and support the firm's continued growth.
Requirements:
- Active license and good standing with the South Carolina Bar (required); North Carolina Bar admission is a strong plus
- Experience with residential real estate transactions and closings (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building lasting professional relationships
- An entrepreneurial, business-minded approach, with a real desire to drive growth and build a name in the community
- The ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment without losing sight of the details
