This isn't your typical attorney role — we're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, developing business, and creating strong client relationships. You'll be the face of our office in this area, managing relationships with agents, lenders, and clients while ensuring our real estate closings are handled accurately and on time.You'll also collaborate closely with our underwriter and leadership team to keep operations running smoothly, provide legal oversight on title and escrow matters, and contribute to the long-term success of this new branch.
A few examples of what you might do:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with agents, lenders, and clients in the community
- Review title work, clear issues, and oversee smooth, compliant closings
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
- Lead CE classes for agents
- Conduct real estate closings
- Contribute to process improvements and help shape the growth of our new office
What We're Looking For:
- Tennessee-licensed attorney (active and in good standing)
- Experience in real estate, title, or escrow work preferred
- Confident, people-oriented, and ready to grow business relationships
- Organized, proactive, and eager to wear multiple hats in a growing company
