Bricker Graydon is currently seeking a 7+ year commercial real estate attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience working on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, and real estate development projects. Some experience in real estate finance transactions, a plus. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience (5+ years) independently first-chairing lease and acquisition / disposition transactions. We expect this candidate to possess an ownership mentality and be comfortable independently leading transactions from start to finish. Some book of business preferred, but not required.It may seem difficult to transfer your practice from one firm to another, but Bricker Graydon makes the transition smooth for you, your work, and your clients.
