Clark Hill is seeking a Florida-based Real Estate Attorney to assist our Real Estate Services business unit. This is an opportunity for a part-time or full time, permanent position with no billable hour requirement. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of real estate practice experience, namely, acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial finance. Attorneys with experience as solo practitioners are strongly encouraged to apply. All candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Location within Florida is flexible, as this is a fully remote role.The Real Estate Attorney will manage commercial and residential real estate matters from the early planning stages through completion and operation. This role will provide services for nearly any real estate-based legal need, including, but not limited to:
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Commercial financing
- Commercial loan modification, foreclosure, workout, and other remedies
- Commercial and residential development
- Condominium and homeowners' associations
- Land use and zoning
- Leasing
- Property tax assessment
- Real estate litigation and dispute resolution
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $215k – $235k annually based on a full-time work schedule. Compensation for part-time employees will be determined on a prorated basis consistent with scheduled hours worked. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
