Shartsis Friese's Chambers-ranked real estate group is seeking a real estate associate with 3 to 5 years' experience in commercial real estate transactions, including debt financing, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, development work, and title and survey matters. Candidates should have strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in taking on client-facing responsibilities. They should be able to collaborate with colleagues but also handle significant individual responsibilities. Successful candidates will have superior legal drafting skills and should possess exceptional academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools. Candidates should be admitted to practice in California, or eligible for admission.The anticipated annual base salary wage range the Firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position is $252,000 to $325,000. The final annual base salary wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience in the job, type and years of experience in the industry, education, and other factors.
