Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for an Entry-Junior Level Associate to join the Real Estate Practice of our Miami office. GT is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from variety of industries across the country.This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to develop expertise in commercial real estate leasing transactions while working alongside experienced partners and senior associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.
- Conduct due diligence, draft and review transaction documents, and support closings.
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of real estate matters.
Additional requirements: The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a high and positive energy level and keen attention to detail. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
