This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to develop expertise in commercial real estate leasing transactions while working alongside experienced partners and senior associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.
  • Conduct due diligence, draft and review transaction documents, and support closings.
  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of real estate matters.

The candidate will be given significant transactional responsibilities working with local entrepreneurial as well as national institutional clients on a range of matters across the country. The candidate will work directly with the Miami office Co-Chair of Real Estate and be mentored not only on the legal technicalities of a national real estate practice but also the business and relationship skills necessary to become an accomplished real estate attorney. The candidate will be given significant responsibility and client contact while working closely with shareholders who will devote substantial time and energy to training and mentoring, as well as providing exposure and counseling on the client development process.

Additional requirements: The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a high and positive energy level and keen attention to detail. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
