Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, leasing, joint ventures and development. Experience with real estate investment funds, including fund formation, sponsor representation or related private investment vehicles, is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates will have a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career. Candidates must be in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
