An American Full-Service Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience with commercial real estate lending transactions for it's Newark, NJ office. The candidate must have experience in some of the following areas: complex acquisition, dispositions and lending transactions. Superior academic record required. New Jersey Bar Admission required, New York Bar Admission a plus. The salary range for this position is $175,000-$185,000, commensurate with experience.
