Description:
Cozen O'Connor is seeking an associate to join the Real Estate Group in
our Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of
experience in real estate lending. This role focuses on representing
lenders, with an emphasis on multifamily and commercial real estate
finance. Experience advising securitized and portfolio lenders—including
agency (Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae), life insurance companies, bridge
lenders, and banks—on financing transactions involving office,
industrial, hospitality, retail, self-storage, and multifamily
properties is preferred. Strong analytical skills and excellent academic
credentials are required. Must have active Minnesota license in good
standing.
