The Los Angeles office of Blank Rome LLP has a special opportunity for a Real Estate Associate with at least 4-7 years of experience to join our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate would be savvy in negotiating the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, construction, and financing of real estate projects. This attorney will also work with our Hospitality team. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players who are comfortable directly interfacing with clients and leading matters as appropriate. Outstanding academic and professional credentials are needed to join this exciting, energetic, fast-paced team. Experience in a large law firm setting is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions.The target annual pay range for this role in Los Angeles is $310,000 - $395,000 plus bonuses based on performance. Positions outside of Los Angeles will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome's total compensation package for employees.
