A Law Firm Company is seeking an attorney with 3-7 years of transactional real estate experience to join our real estate section that consists of 30 real estate attorneys (all currently located in the Irvine office). The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing clients on acquisitions and dispositions, and borrower-side finance.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to represent a diverse group of reputable and well-established clients, including developers, owners, operators, investors, and borrowers across multiple asset classes.
