Carlton Fields is growing its nationally recognized commercial finance and investment team. Our team represents institutional lenders, investors and owners in transactions across the United States. We are seeking a senior associate with significant transactional experience in commercial real estate finance and investment practice. Experience working with loan, joint venture, and LLC documents is required. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
