The Dallas office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Real Estate Practice Group.

Job Requirements:
  • Commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on acquisition, disposition, or financing of commercial properties.
  • Experience in the development of unimproved real estate for commercial purposes.
  • Experience with renewable energy, leasing, development, and/or joint-venture transactions is strongly encouraged.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong experience reviewing title, survey, and other customary due diligence matters.
  • Energy, drive, and desire to work in a dynamic, team-based, and high-volume environment with strong attention to detail and motivation to learn.
  • Admission to the TX State Bar or the ability to waive into the TX State Bar is required.
