Description:
A National, Full-Service Law Firm is looking to add an Associate to our Real
Estate practice in our Columbus, OH Office. This is an opportunity to
help with community development, affordable and low income housing tax
credits, and other tax credit and real estate transactions. The ideal
candidate should have one to three years of commercial real estate
experience, strong transactional skills, and a track record of
negotiating, managing and closing acquisitions, dispositions and related
financings. Tax credit experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates should also have a solid academic background, strong
analytical, legal research, and writing skills, as well as interpersonal
skills. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate initiative, a strong
work ethic and be highly motivated. Candidates must either be admitted
in OH, or have the ability to waive into the Ohio bar.
