Thompson Coburn is seeking an associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our real estate practice in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience representing national and regional real estate owners and developers in all aspects of purchase, sale, leasing, development, and construction and experience in representing lenders in connection with construction and acquisition loans and other financing-related matters. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and must be organized self-starters who can quickly take an active role in leasing, purchase/sale transactions, financing, construction, development, and closing of real estate and loan transactions. Candidates should be admitted to Illinois. This position is open to recruiters.The salary range for this position in our Chicago office is $220,000 - $300,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one of Thompson Coburn's total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
