Description:
Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire an associate with two to six years of experience to join our Real Estate practice group. Significant experience in due diligence, drafting, negotiating, and closing real estate purchase and lease transactions is expected. Our real estate group is regularly engaged to represent clients in some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions throughout the United States. Excellent prior training at a top-quality firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, and a strong work ethic are all essential, along with a focus on initiative, attention to detail, and client-centric approach. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required, as is admission to practice law in the jurisdiction in which the attorney will be practicing.This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm's benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
The annual compensation range is $180,000 – $290,000, depending on experience.
