An American Law Firm with Over 500 Lawyers is seeking a Real Estate Associate with one to four years of experience to join our Minneapolis office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and financing. Specifically, the associate will handle the following types of tasks:- Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and coordinating closings
- Drafting and negotiating leases and lease amendments
- Drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents
- Overseeing title and survey reviews and other real estate due diligence
This associate will join An American Law Firm with Over 500 Lawyers's Real Estate Practice Group with attorneys across the U.S. who represent developers, investors, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants, property managers, and contractors, as well as corporate users and governmental authorities, in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, property management, operation and development of real estate.
Qualified candidates will have:
- One to four years of commercial real estate experience;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Top academic credentials; and
- Minnesota bar admission
