Description:

Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi and Rudloff PC, an international Firm with ten offices, has an immediate opening for a Property Insurance Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our growing Tampa team. Candidates with either insurance defense or insurance coverage experience are a plus, as the position will focus on first-party property insurance disputes.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

Experience drafting coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage and bad faith cases.
Overall case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and experience in court proceedings, including trial.
Ability to manage a caseload independently.
Strong advocacy, case management, and academic credentials.
Excellent legal research, writing, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base.
Florida Bar Admission required. Admission to all Federal courts in Florida will be needed but not required for consideration.

Compensation package - including bonus - ranges between $150,000 – $185,000 annually commensurate with experience. Additionally, the attorney will be eligible to participate in the Firm's benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing, Employee Assistance Program, and enrollment without any premiums in short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage.
