King & Spalding's Real Estate Finance Group seeks a highly qualified project attorney with 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance transactions to join our New York office on an hourly basis. Qualified candidates will have experience representing lenders in debt financing transactions secured by commercial real estate, and possess strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $170,000 to $220,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
