A Full Service Law Firm, an entrepreneurial law firm, is on the lookout for a talented attorney with over 3+ years of experience to join our dedicated team of litigation attorneys. Candidate should have experience in handling the defense of product liability cases in areas of auto products, toxic chemicals, manufacturing equipment and trucking.

- Handle responsive pleadings, written discovery and taking and defending depositions.
- Strategize with supervising attorneys on case evaluation.
- Location and collaboration with expert witnesses.
- Appearing at court appearances.
- Case negotiation.
- Trial preparation.
- Communications with clients and outside counsel
