A Full-Service Law Firm is actively recruiting an experienced Associate to join the Product Liability and Mass Torts Practice Group in our Indianapolis office. Attorneys in the group represent leaders in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, technology, and automotive. Our Associates receive hands-on training and experience as part of dynamic litigation teams, manage complex discovery, and go to trial on the most legally significant and interesting matters.Our ideal candidate will have three to six years of litigation experience including complex discovery and substantive brief writing experience. Product liability, mass tort, MDL, team management, deposition and/or trial experience is a plus. Indiana bar admission is required.
