Key Job Responsibilities:
  • You'll be a critical legal strategist, providing comprehensive counsel that balances legal precision with business innovation. Your expertise will help navigate complex regulatory landscapes, protect user privacy, and enable rapid product development across our transformative technology.
  • Provide comprehensive legal support for Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk business lines, addressing product development, privacy, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop innovative legal strategies that balance risk management with business flexibility
  • Collaborate directly with business teams to provide strategic counsel and proactive legal guidance
  • Create robust legal processes that enable rapid product innovation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex legal and strategic issues

You'll engage with product teams, analyze emerging legal challenges, and develop creative solutions that protect the business while accelerating innovation. Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of legal experience
  • Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
  • Experience in litigation
  • Experience in making and/or responding to law enforcement requests
  • Deep understanding of privacy and technology regulations
  • Background in technology or product-focused legal support
