Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of a client's case
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Design effective and winning case strategies
- Draft and/or review documents and pleadings
- Attend court hearings and trials, as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar
- Substantial experience in Probate & Trust Administration including contested matters - the successful candidate will have been attorney of record in at least 50 probate cases, some of which should include contested matters
- LLM in taxation or estate planning and/or Board Certification is preferred
- An AV rating is a plus
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience managing a full caseload
