Paul Hastings' Investment Funds & Private Capital Group is seeking Private Funds Associates (mid-senior level) to join their growing team. Candidates must have meaningful experience in the formation of funds focused on investment in private equity, real estate, credit and / or other illiquid asset classes, with a focus on advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring, capital raising and related legal issues.Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required. This position may reside in New York, DC, LA, Chicago, or San Francisco, and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
