Description:
Paul Hastings is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Private Equity practice in our Boston Office. This is a unique opportunity for candidates to join a leading practice and gain exposure to a wide breadth of private equity transactions.Key Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of private equity experience at a leading law firm
- Demonstrated ability to lead a wide range of private equity transactions, including preferred equity deals and leveraged buyouts
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills with a commercially focused approach
- Able to work independently with clients and colleagues
- J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar (or eligibility to waive in)

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $365,000 and a maximum of $420,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
