Katten, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Staff Attorney to join its premier Private Credit Department, working from its Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York or Washington, DC office.The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience. Candidates must have demonstrated lending experience plus general experience with a variety of financing transactions. Experience with due diligence, non-reliance letters, non-disclosure agreements, landlord waivers and deposit account control agreements is preferred.
Excellent academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills, and a client-team focused work ethic are required. Qualified candidates should include their resume and a copy of their law school transcript with their application.
The annualized salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
