About the Role:
This position is ideal for a highly motivated attorney with 5+ years of experience and an extensive background in personal injury law. You will oversee pre-litigation case development while also managing civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and Managing Attorney, offering a unique opportunity to shape firm processes and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee and manage a high-volume caseload in both pre-litigation and litigation phases
- Draft and review pleadings, discovery, and legal documents
- Appear for hearings, depositions, and court proceedings
- Evaluate and onboard new cases and meet with potential clients
- Supervise and audit case progress while mentoring support staff
- Develop and execute case strategies from intake through resolution
- Maintain consistent, compassionate client communication
What You Bring:
- Licensed California attorney with 5+ years in litigation and personal injury
- Deep understanding of medical treatment protocols and PI case valuation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people and processes
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Passion for justice and empathy for clients going through challenging times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
