Requirements:
- Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure efficiency and case progression.
- Oversee the drafting and dispatch of essential correspondence (e.g., CGIA, spoliation, and WC Notices).
- Lead demand reviews in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment on case strategy.
- Manage settlement disbursements, resolve subrogation claims, liens, and any third-party interests.
- Develop client cases comprehensively, ensuring all injuries, damages, and other losses are meticulously documented to maximize recovery.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of case-specific legal issues (e.g., insurance policies, lien language, and settlement releases).
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through regular communication and informed advisement.
- Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Entry-level attorney into the practice of personal injury law, including auto collisions, premises liability, and general negligence cases.
- License: Must hold an active license to practice law in Colorado.
