About the role:We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience and a proven track record of successful pre-litigation case management and team leadership to join our rapidly growing firm. We handle motor vehicle, trucking, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases nationwide, with primary focus in Texas.
Preferred Qualification: Fully bilingual in Spanish
Required Experience:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Managing 300+ pre-litigation cases
- Supervising a team of case managers and other support staff
- Drafting/reviewing demands
- Settlement negotiations
- Client counseling
- Strategic case resolution
