We are seeking post-clerkship associates to join the Litigation Department and the Appeals & Strategic Motions Practice Group. Willkie highly values the experience judicial clerks bring to the firm. Former clerks play an integral role across our practice, and our team includes former Supreme Court, federal court of appeals, and district court clerks. Attorneys with clerkship experience are in strong demand across the firm's litigation platform.
