Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support ongoing cases and legal strategies - Assist with reviewing and analyzing legal documents, and case files for accuracy and relevance
- Support litigation efforts through document review, organization, and preparation of court filings
- Draft memos, summaries, pleadings, and other legal documents under supervision
- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy development and evidence gathering
- Maintain meticulous records of research findings, case materials, and procedural documentation
