Description:We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of personal injury experience to join our fast-paced team. This is a pre-litigation position only. We are looking for someone experienced, confident, organized, and able to move cases efficiently from intake through settlement.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player who works well with attorneys and support staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of personal injury/pre-litigation experience
- Significant settlement and negotiation experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and statutory liens
