Job Duties:

Review case matters, evidence, motions, and adhere to timelines set by firm, client or court.
Maintain an active caseload working toward resolution or judgment
Work with support staff to prepare cases for contested litigation
Attend hearings and report results (mostly Zoom)
Review evidence, pleadings, motions, answers, and all necessary information for ongoing case preparation

Ideal candidate Must:

Be able to cover hearings, mediations and trials (experience necessary. mostly Zoom)
Be familiar with matters involving debt and contract disputes
Be licensed in FL (other state bars are welcomed, but must have active FL bar)
Be able to manage a high caseload by understanding case management systems, evidentiary reviews, and procedural necessities
Have a clean background
Be a TEAM player
Enjoy a fast-paced environment
Have a Desire to Succeed!!
