Plaintiff PI Trial Attorney

,I am looking for someone who has tried and worked up, personal injury cases to verdict. You must be able to immediately take depositions including deps of experts. At our firm, you will handle 30-40 cases, have a legal assistant and a law clerk available, and have the opportunity to share in the fees of cases you bring in. Bringing in cases is not a requirement but rather an opportunity. This is a position for someone who can conduct new client interviews, immediately handle the workup of files, handle motion calls, deal with experts, and, as mentioned, give and take depositions. If you are a confident self-starter who can fully prepare cases for trial, and try what needs to be tried, this is a job for you. Ms. Loggans actively tries 4-5 cases per year and you have the opportunity to participate in trials with her..

This is a long terrm position. Our senior attorney has been with us for 40 years. Please do not apply if you do not fit this job description. We are tech advanced firm, so ability to function with cloud-based documents and AI-assisted file analysis is required.
