Description:

We are a plaintiffs' personal injury law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 year of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury, to join our growing team. You will work closely with the lead attorney, have the support of staff and fellow associates, and have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.

Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Propound and respond to written discovery
Take and defend depositions
Attend mediations and court hearings
Negotiate settlements and maintain client communications
Collaborate with staff and associates to achieve the best outcomes

Requirements:
Must be admitted to the California State Bar and eligible to practice law in California

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting salary: $150,000+ per year
