Salary: $160,000–$250,000+ annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses

Our firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with at least five (5) years of personal injury litigation experience to join our growing trial team. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who is passionate about representing injured individuals and is ready to take a leading role in litigation strategy, case development, and trial preparation.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience managing personal injury matters, including depositions, motion practice, expert discovery, and trial preparation. Plaintiff-side experience is required, and candidates with additional defense experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution or trial
Take and defend party, witness, and expert depositions
Draft and argue substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions in limine
Develop case strategy in collaboration with the firm's trial attorneys
Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and trial
Work closely with medical, economic, vocational, and liability experts
Conduct discovery, evaluate damages, and prepare trial materials
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation staff as needed

Qualifications:

Active California Bar membership in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
Strong deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience
Experience handling expert discovery and expert depositions
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a trial team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or other high-exposure cases
Strong courtroom and negotiation skills
Demonstrated commitment to advocating for injured clients
