Innovative and quickly expanding personal injury law firm is seeking a professional, skilled, and experienced PERSONAL INJURY PRE-LITIGATION SUPERVISING ATTORNEY (REMOTE) to join our team (CALIFORNIA BAR LICENSE REQUIRED). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily tasks of our pre-litigation team and for overseeing and managing the firm's caseload of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase from commencement to settlement. The firm's Pre-litigation Supervising Attorney position also requires extensive communication with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties. This is a position for someone who has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long term opportunity with significant opportunity for growth.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication
  • Handle different types of situations and conversations, focusing on seeking solutions
  • Demonstrable strong and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
  • Someone who is looking for a longer-term commitment with opportunities to grow
  • Preferably Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the pre-litigation caseload, ensuring cases are promptly assigned, reviewed, and processed efficiently. Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Establish caring relationships with clients of the firm.
  • Oversee client communication during the pre-litigation phase, ensuring timely updates, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • Communicate extensively with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties.
  • Assist in the negotiation of settlements with insurance companies and other parties to resolve pre-litigation cases.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accurate and thorough documentation, adherence to legal procedures, and compliance with firm standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
