CD Law is seeking a dedicated Senior Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury practice. As a rapidly expanding firm, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to make a significant impact in the community.

What does success look like as a Senior Associate Attorney?

As a Senior Associate Attorney in our Personal Injury practice, you will play a key role from case inception through conclusion. This includes:
Involvement in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation demands, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Preparing complex pleadings and drafting intricate motions and briefs.
Managing correspondence with clients, experts, and opposing attorneys.
Taking the lead on depositions, working closely with experts, and engaging directly with clients.
Being proficient in all aspects of the discovery process.

What does an ideal candidate bring to the organization?

A minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, specifically within Personal Injury.
Licensed to practice law in the state of CA and in good standing (required)
Strong legal writing and research skills.
A proven track record of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
Litigation experience is required; trial experience is a plus.
Compensation and other pertinent information

The starting salary range for this position is $250,000+ with an uncapped bonus structure.
