Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and manage pre-litigation personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of pre-litigation case development through resolution or transition to litigation.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Develop case strategies, review medical records, and ensure thorough documentation.
- Negotiate settlements and support clients with compassionate and clear guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of legal experience with at least 2 years in personal injury (plaintiff).
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, insurance representatives, and colleagues.
- Easygoing, team-oriented personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Direct experience in personal injury case pre-litigation and/or litigation.
