Job Summary:Prestigious and growing San Diego personal injury law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney, ideally with 5+ years of experience, to assist in the handling of litigation claims. As a litigation attorney, you will be expected to manage an active caseload of cases in litigation (with the help of a support team), effectively work up cases, and negotiate settlements. You're an ideal candidate if you're detail-oriented, outcome-focused, and someone who has a desire to get the best results for the client.
The compensation for this position is based upon performance. You'll receive a percentage of the attorneys' fees you earn for the firm.
