If you've learned the fundamentals but want more — more meaningful cases, more responsibility, more courtroom and deposition experience, and better compensation — this may be the opportunity for you.
You'll work on plaintiff personal injury cases, develop your litigation skills, and take on increasing responsibility while still having the mentorship and support of experienced attorneys.
And you'll have your own dedicated paralegal.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing plaintiff personal injury cases
- Developing case and litigation strategy
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Appearing in New York State courts
- Preparing clients for depositions and court appearances
- Evaluating injuries, damages, and case value
- Negotiating with defense counsel and insurance carriers
- Preparing cases for settlement and trial
- Working closely with your dedicated paralegal

Who We're Looking for:
- New York State Bar admission and good standing
- 1–3 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Familiarity with New York litigation practice
- Deposition and/or courtroom experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Someone who genuinely wants to become an excellent plaintiff's attorney
