Description:
We are a growing multi-location law firm headquartered in Encino seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to lead and manage our civil litigation practice. This role is ideal for a self-directed attorney who is comfortable running files independently while collaborating with support staff and firm leadership.Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Oversee and supervise civil litigation matters with minimal supervision
- Handle discovery, motion practice, and case strategy
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Trial experience is required
- Assist with depositions and litigation support for the Workers' Compensation department as needed
- Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient case progression
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Proven experience handling civil litigation matters, preferably personal injury
- Strong organizational, analytical, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset and comfort taking ownership of a practice area
- Ability to bring in cases is a significant plus, but not required
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $200,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus tied to revenue generated
Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
