We represent individuals and families during their most difficult moments, guided by our core values of wisdom, integrity, prayer, excellence, and selflessness.What You'll Do:
- Manage a diverse caseload: motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury
- Lead cases from investigation through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Take/defend depositions and negotiate with insurers
- Prepare for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Communicate compassionately with clients
- Support business development through referrals and lead generation
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure
- Trial experience and excellent advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
