Join one of the fastest-growing Personal Injury litigation firms in the U.S.Slocumb Law Firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Boise, Idaho. Our attorneys manage cases from intake through trial, supported by a strong national team and proven litigation systems focused on results and client service.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Personal Injury cases from initial evaluation through resolution, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediation, and trial
- Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients
- Work within established national litigation systems and case standards
- Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters
- Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership
- Build and maintain professional relationships with medical providers, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active Idaho license and in good standing
- At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred
- Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage a litigation docket
- Professional maturity and a results-driven mindset
