- Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through resolution
- Handle depositions, motion practice, negotiations, and trials
- Maintain communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- Licensed and actively practicing in Texas (Required)
- 3-8 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong written, analytical, and courtroom skills
- Organized and self-motivated
Preferred:
- Dual licensure in Colorado and Texas
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
